Confirmation

What is Confirmation? Confirmation is a renewal or affirmation of your Baptismal vows. The program is geared toward 7th and 8th graders, but all ages are welcome!

Thorough Biblical study the purpose of the St. Peter’s Confirmation Ministry is to:

Help deepen the student’s relationship with Jesus Christ;
Help the student apply Biblical truths to his/her everyday life;
Equip the student for ministry to the Church and mission in the world.

Throughout the two-year program, students will study lessons that include: Apostle’s Creed, Ten Commandments, Lord’s Prayer, Old and New Testaments, service, spiritual gifts, prayer, Bible study, worship and personal faith.

Participants meet in the church basment on Sunday evenings from 4:30-6:30 pm. A lite supper or refreshments are served.
